At Javvy Coffee, we want you to love every brew; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened coffee or equipment within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
